Therapy is an art....

...as much as it is a skill. And you learn that art through hands-on training. Education and learning are the starting point, but the real training begins after graduation, sitting in the room with a client. As you take your first steps, you need positive input from other experienced therapists. A good supervisor can provide you with that input and make the difference between success and failure.

For me, supervision is about helping you identify and take hold of who you are as a therapist. Sure, what you do in the room is important. But who you are in the room - that is vital. That's why I focus on helping you center down into that way of doing therapy that deeply resonates with you and then guide you in the process of sharpening your skill set. Once you step into "who you are", the "what you do" will naturally follow.

I charge $55.00 per supervision session. My office is located in Northwest Austin near the intersection of 2222 and Mopac.
